【摘要】目的:了解机关干部的健康状况,采取相应的对策。方法: 对4578名机关干部体检结果进行分析,了解不同年龄段的发病情况。结果: 心电图异常、脂肪肝、脑动脉硬化、糖尿病、高脂血症、冠心病检出率在各种疾病中占前6位,发现恶性肿瘤4例。随着年龄的增长,各种疾病的检出率呈增加趋势(),尤其是脑动脉硬化和冠心病、心电图异常更为明显。结论:应重视机关干部健康状况,心血管疾病仍是危害健康的主要疾病,应加强健康教育和行为干预,并定期体检。

[ABSTRACT] Objective: To investigate the health status of officers and to explore the corresponding : A total of 4 578 officers were selected and the physical examination results were analyzed to understand illness incidence at different : Electrocardiography abnormality, fatty liver, cerebral arteriosclerosis, diabetes, hyperlipemia and coronary artery disease had the highest detection rate. There were four cases with malignant tumor. And the rate increased as age : Health status should be emphasized. Cardiovascular diseases still are the main risk to health. The attention should be paid to health education and behavior intervention. Besides, regular physical examination is also necessary.

通过健康体检,可了解机关干部健康状况,确定危害机关干部身体健康的主要危险因素,便于有针对性制定健康教育措施。2009年我院对4578名机关干部进行健康体检,现将体检结果分析如下。
1 研究对象与方法
研究对象
选择2009年某省4578名机关干部,男性3282人,女性1296人,年龄最小20岁,最大86岁。
方法
对4578名机关干部进行健康体检,项目包括:内科、外科、五官科、妇产科,测量血压,辅助检查项目有肝功能、血脂4项、血糖、肾功能、乙肝两对半、血常规、尿常规、血液流变学、甲胎蛋白定量及肝胆胰脾、
