泡沫铝产业化的瓶颈———发泡剂

摘要泡沫铝质轻、声学、电磁屏蔽、耐高温、耐候性能优异,无毒、无害且可回收利用,是结构与功能一体化的绿色环保
材料。在国民经济的各个领域有着广泛的应用前景。在诸多工艺中起到关键作用的发泡剂成本较高,使得泡沫铝产品的
售价居高不下,制约了泡沫铝的应用范围。因此,低成本高效发泡剂的开发是泡沫铝产业化的重要瓶颈。

The Bottleneck of Industrializat ion for Aluminum Foa m2Vesicant

Abstract : Aluminum foa m is a kind of ideal environmental p rotection material , which is not only light
weight , ene rgy absorbing , bustible , innocently , corro sion protection a nd resisting high te mpera2
ture , but also have good sound a bsorbing and insulating properties , e xhibit a reduced conductivity for
both heat and electricity. Furthermore , they can be inte grated recycled. These significant advanta ges
make aluminum foam apply in many fields. The vesicant for manufacturing aluminum foam whic h is the
most importa nt in all technology is so expensive that the price of aluminum foam is too expensive to ap2
ply in more extensive area s. Hence , the development of lower co st and high efficiency vesicant is the
bottleneck of industrialization for aluminum foam.
