【摘要】目的探讨HCG日血清孕酮(P)水平对体外受精胚胎移植结局的影响。方法 316周期接受体外受精胚胎移植患者,根据孕酮水平分为4组,观察4组患者的Gn天数、获卵数、受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎形成率、种植率、妊娠率及流产率等。结果比较各组Gn天数、获卵数、受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎形成率差异无统计学意义,但P≥2 ng/ml组,患者的种植率及妊娠率下降,流产率增加。结论孕酮增加到一定水平对体外受精妊娠结局是有影响的,卵泡晚期P2 ng/ml时可以考虑取消周期,将胚胎冷冻待自然周期移植。

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the impact of progesterone(P)level of HCG administration on e of in vitro fertilization in controlled ovarian 316 cycles of IVF/ICSI performed in our reproduction center from January 2007 to March 2008 were analyzed cycles were used with down-regulation long protocol,and patients were devided into four groups according to serum progesterone level on the day of HCG administration,P1 ng/ml 168 cycles,1 ng/ml≤ ng/ml 64 cycles, ng/ml ≤P2 ng/ml 52 cycles,P≥2 ng/ml 32 es pared among the four There were no statistical differences in duration of stimulation,the number of retrieved oocytes,fertilized rate,embryos cleavage rate and high quality embryos rate among four P≥2 ng/ml,implantation rates and prenancy rates decreased,while the miscarriage rate were significant differences among four These findings suggest that serum P≥2 ng/ml on HCG administration has adverse
