【摘要】目的通过对本院ICU患者家属的心理状态的调查,了解现阶段ICU患者家属普遍存在的心理问题,寻找有效措施减轻负性心理状态。方法对本院ICU在2009年11月—2010年4月期间收治的36例患者的直系家属进行调查,其中问卷调查30人,深入访谈6人。结果患者家属存在明显的负性心理状态,其中焦虑者36人,占100%;恐惧者30人,%;因家人患病而导致自身有明显头痛、心慌、气促及其他不适感者分别占25%、%、%。导致家属产生心理问题的因素根据影响程度大小依次为病人病情重,随时会有病情变化,怕失去亲人;信息缺失;ICU探视制度限制家属探视时间;现有护理人力不足,并不能保证一对一的护理;治疗费用高等。结论ICU患者家属普遍存在负性心理状态,尤其以焦虑、恐惧为多,部分家属甚至因亲人处于疾病的危重阶段而导致自身的不适,ICU医护工作者在精心治疗病人的同时应充分考虑家属的心理状况,尽可能给予关怀,缓解家属的心理压力,减少家属的心理不适,体现以人为本的整体护理理念。

[Abstract]ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to detect the mental problems of the family of ICU patients in our hospital from our survey of their mental states and to alleviate the bad effects on 36 patients immediate families(30 questionnaire surveys and the rest 6 by deep interview) in ICU between December,2009 and April, mental states are obvious in patients families, in which 36 are anxious participants(accounted for 100%); 30 are fearers(accounted for %) and apparent headache, panic, anhelation and other fortableness es out of patients are accounted for 25%,%,% respectively. Factors based on the degree of influence are patients in severe conditions, immediate changes of illness, fear of losing family member; lack of useful information; limited ICU visiting hours; lack of nursing labors;
