【摘要】目的: 探讨I型跨膜糖蛋白(Fas)在砷中毒大鼠肾小球细胞表达的影响。方法: 复制砷中毒大鼠模型,测血砷、尿砷,免疫组织化学SABC方法检测肾小球细胞Fas的表达,并图像分析计数。结果: 慢性砷中毒高剂量组(±)和低剂量组(±)肾小球细胞Fas表达较对照组(±)明显增多,。结论: 慢性砷中毒使肾小球细胞Fas表达明显增加,提示Fas可能参与慢性砷中毒肾小球细胞凋亡的调控。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate Fas expression in renal glomerulus cells of chronic arsenic poisoned rats. Methods: Rats models of chronic arsenic poisoning were made by drinking AS2O3 water solution of high dosage (10 mg·kg-1·d-1) and low dosage ( mg·kg-1·d-1) of arsenic in blood and urine in rats were expression of Fas in the glomerulus cells was detected with immunohistochemistry method, and numbers of positive cells were counted through image pattern analysis. Results: The average Fas positive cell number in renal glomerulus of high-dose arsenic group (±) and low-dose arsenic group (.± ) were much higher than that of control group (±)(). Conclusions: Chronic arsenic poison obviously increase Fas expression in renal glomerulus cell, which suggests that Fas might participate the regulation of apoptosis of chronic arsenic poisoned renal glomerulus cell.
