【摘要】目的:观察准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser epithelial keratomileusis, LASEK)术后露达舒的临床疗效。方法:对200例患者行LASEK手术,分为A组100例200眼术后点用典必殊滴眼液1wk,B组100例200眼术后点用露达舒滴眼液联合托百士滴眼液1wk,术后定期对眼部症状、视力、屈光度、角膜厚度、眼压进行随访观察。结果:A组用药后高眼压12眼(%)。B组用药后高眼压3眼(%)。,有显著差异,点用露达舒滴眼液组眼压增高发病率明显降低。结论:露达舒在LASEK术后应用是安全有效的。

AbstractAIM: To observe the clinical effect of Lotemax on intraocular pressure(IOP) after laser epithelial keratomileusis(LASEK).METHODS: Two hundred cases after LASEK surgery were divided into group A of 100 cases (200 eyes) with postoperative Tobradex eyedrops for a week, group B of 100 cases (200 eyes) with joint eyedrops of Lotemax and Tobrex for a week. Ocular symptoms, vision,diopter, corneal thickness and IOP were observed in the follow: Group A was with high IOP in 12 eyes(%). Group B with of high IOP in 3 eyes(%). It was significantly different . Lotemax eyedrops significantly reduced the incidence of increased : Lotemax after LASEK surgery is safe and effective.


0 引言

准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术受术者,术后应用激素易出现短时间的眼压增高,我们对200例行LASEK手术患者,分两组进行治疗,观察其效果,现报告如下。

1 对象和方法

200810/200905,我院行LASEK手术200例近视患者,随机分成2组,术前检查:裸眼视力,散瞳电脑验光,主觉插屏片(日本NIDEK综合验光仪),眼前节分析系统(ALLEGRO OCULYZER),眼压( TOPCON
