【摘要】目的研究Mg2+对神经细胞兴奋性氨基酸NMDA损伤的保护作用。方法采用原代培养的大鼠皮层神经细胞模型,给予NMDA直接损伤,加入不同浓度的Mg2+,测定神经细胞损伤MTT变化。结果 Mg2+~ mmol/L 范围内存在, mmol/L 效果最好。结论在临床治疗中尽早使用镁剂, mmol/L 保护作用最好。

新生儿窒息是引起新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的主要原因,具有较高的病死率和神经系统后遗症发生率,对社会人口素质具有严重的影响。其发生主要与围产期窒息有关,一般宫内窒息引起者占50%。因此,如能对胎儿宫内窘迫尽早进行有效的干预,可显著降低其脑损伤发生率及致残率。胎儿的脑代谢最旺盛,其氧耗量占全身氧耗量的一半,所以一旦出现宫内窘迫,脑损伤首当其冲。为解决这一问题我们利用培养的胎鼠皮层神经细胞缺氧缺血所致兴奋性氨基酸NMDA(N甲基D天冬氨酸)损伤模型,探讨硫酸镁对于宫内窘迫所致胎儿大脑缺氧缺血产生的兴奋性氨基酸毒性的保护作用,现将结果报告如下
