【摘要】目的通过观察健康人群、冠心病及高血压心脏病的Q-TC离散度(Q-Tcd),以探讨Q-Tcd对冠心病及高血压心脏病的应用价值。方法回顾50例冠心病和50例高血压心脏病12导联ECG的Q-Tcd,并与100例正常人的Q-Tcd进行对比。结果正常组男、女之间Q-Tc有显著性差异(),平均女性比男性长18 ms;但Q-Tcd无显著性差异()。冠心病组和高心病组的Q-Tcmin接近于正常组(±)ms,而Q-Tcmax均明显大于正常组(±)ms;Q-Tcd冠心病组和高心病组[(±)ms、(±)ms]明显大于正常组[(±)ms,]。结论 Q-Tcd增大是冠心病和高血压心脏病的重要心电学指标,同时也是二者判断病情预后和预告严重室性心律失常简明有用的心电学指标。
