【摘要】:目的应用应变率成像技术评价RAS抑制剂对高血压患者左心房功能的影响。方法选择高血压患者68例,按是否服用肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)抑制剂分为RAS抑制组及非RAS抑制组。在房间隔、左心房侧壁、前壁、后壁和下壁定点测量应变率波峰值,计算左心房平均应变率峰值。结果高血压组的平均SR-LAs(±-1)低于正常对照组(±-1),P<。RAS抑制剂组中左心房正常者的SR-LAs与正常对照组相近。RAS抑制组和非RAS抑制组中左心房扩大的患者、非RAS抑制组中左心房正常的患者,其SR-LAs均低于正常对照组。结论高血压患者中SR-LAs在左心房增大之前就已减低;高血压患者左心房尚未增大时,应用RAS抑制剂能够保护左心房的容积功能。

Influence of RAS Inhibitors on Left Atrial Function in Patients with Essential Hypertension

Abstract:Objective To explore and assess the effects of Renin-Angiotensin System(RAS)inhibitors on left atrium in patients with essential hypertension by strain rate imaging(SRI). Methods 68 patients with essential hypertension and 37 healthy subjects were randomly selected. Hypertensive patients were divided into two groups according to whether RAS inhibitors were used. Peak SR was measured at each LA segment(septal, lateral, posterior, anterior, and inferior) and mean peak SR (SR-LAs, SR-LAe and SR-LAa) was calculated by averaging data in each segment.
