【摘要】目的探讨S100A4和MMP-9在口腔鳞癌中的表达与临床病理学特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测61例口腔鳞癌和20 例正常口腔组织S100A4和MMP-9的表达情况,分析二者的表达与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 S100A4蛋白的表达与组织学分级无关(),与淋巴结转移呈正相关();MMP-9的表达与组织学分级及淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<)。结论 S100A4和MMP-9与口腔鳞癌的侵袭转移密切相关;S100A4和MMP-9的表达与口腔鳞癌的进展密切相关,是判断口腔鳞癌生物学行为、预测转移趋势的有价值的指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of S100A4 and MMP-9 and their roles in the progression of oral squamous cell Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expression of S100A4 and MMP-9 in tissues from oral squamous cell carcinoma and normal oral The expression of S100A4 had positive correlation with lymph node metastasis (), and no corelation with histological grade (). The expression of MMP-9 had positive correlation with lymph node metastasis and histological grade ().Conclusion S100A4 and MMP-9 are closely related to invasion and metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of S100A4 and MMP-9 is significantly associated with tumor progression in oral squamous cell carcinoma,which are valuable markers in predicting biological behavior and trend of metastasis in oral squamous cell carcinoma.
