【摘要】目的:评价阿折地平治疗高血压合并心动过速的有效性和安全性。方法:采用单中心开放试验对中、轻度高血压合并心动过速患者,口服阿折地平16mg,每日1次,观察12周。结果:共完成27例,其中3例因个体原因退出试验。24例患者的收缩压由治疗前的( ± )mmHg降至(± )mmHg,舒张压由治疗前的( ± )mmHg降至( ± )mmHg,心率由治疗前的( ± )次/min减慢到( ± )次/min,治疗前、后血压、心率变化差异均有统计学意义(均P );主要不良反应为头重、恶心、倦怠感等,均可耐受。结论:阿折地平能稳定地降低血压,并有效的控制心率,可作为高血压合并心动过速患者的治疗选择。

[ABSTRACT] Objective: To assess the safty and effect of Azelnidipine on high blood plicated with : The open test with single center was carried out, and patients with high blood pressure at middle or light plicated with tachycardia were treated with Azelnidipine 16 mg in oral, once a day for 12 weeks. Results
: A total of 27 pleted the test, and 3 cases quitted due to personal reason. The systolic pressure of all 24 cases decreased from ( ± ) mmHg to (± )mmHg, and diastolic pressure from ( ± ) mmHg to ( ± )mmHg. The heart rate declined from ( ± )/min to ( ± )/min. And all showed significant difference (). Conclusions: Azelnidipine can decrease blood pressure steadily, and contral heart rate effectively. It is satisfactory option for treating high blood plicated with tachycardia.
