【摘要】目的探讨奥伦自理模式护理干预对精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法将158例精神分裂症患者随机分为实验组80例和对照组78例,两组均给予精神分裂症常规治疗及护理,实验组在此基础上依据奥伦自理护理理论开展奥伦自理模式护理干预,观察1 mo。于护理干预1 mo末,采用住院慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能评定量表对两组的护理干预效果进行评定分析。结果干预1 mo末,实验组社会功能评定量表各因子分均显著低于对照组,差异均有显著或极显著性(P<)。结论奥伦自理模式护理干预能显著改善精神分裂症患者的社会功能,提高主观自我护理能力和积极配合治疗的主动性。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of Orem’s selfcare mode for nursing intervention on social function in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 158 schizophrenics were randomly divided into study group(80 cases) and control group(78 cases). The two groups were treated with routine therapy and nurse to schizophrenia,meanwhile the study group was also given Orem’s selfcare mode for nursing intervention for 1 month. SSSI was used to analyze the effect of nursing intervention in the two groups at the end of 1 month. Results At the end of 1 month, all factor’s scores of SSSI in the study group were obvious lower than those in the control group, there were significant differences between them(P<). Conclusion Orem’s selfcare mode for nursing intervention can improve social function of schizophrenic patients, and enhance their selfcare nursing capability and activity of partner treatment.
