【摘要】目的:观察白蒺藜皂苷(gross saponins from tribulus terrestris L,GSTT)及灯盏细辛注射液[Erigeron Breviscapus(Vant.)HandMazz,EBHM]对慢性高眼压模型兔视网膜神经节细胞(retinal ganglion cells,RGCs)的保护作用。方法:健康新西兰白兔24只,随机分为对照组、高眼压组、EBHM治疗组和GSTT治疗组,高眼压组和EBHM治疗组及GSTT治疗组的兔眼前房内注射20g/L甲基纤维素制成慢性高眼压模型,,GSTT治疗组的兔每日耳缘iv GSTT注射液5mg/kg,高眼压持续4wk时,处死实验兔,摘取眼球,做RGCs电镜检查。结果:造模后各组眼压均升高,电镜下高眼压组相对于GSTT治疗组及EBHM注射液治疗组,RGCs超微结构有明显损伤。结论:GSTT及EBHM注射液对慢性高眼压兔RGCs均具有保护作用。

Abstract AIM:To study the protective effect of gross saponins from tribulus terrestris L(GSTT) and Erigeron Breviscapus(Vant.)HandMazz(EBHM) on retinal ganglion cells(RGCs) in rabbits of chronic high intraocular pressure (HIOP)mode : Twentyfour rabbits were randomly divided into control group,HIOP group,EBHM treated group,GSTT treated HIOP models were made by injected 20g/L methylcellulose into anterior chamber in rabbits of HIOP group and two treated groups.
