风险无处不在,在汽车零部件的开发过程中,风险也是难以避免的。
蕴藏在项目管理中的风险因素,往往会对整个企业的经营造成巨额的财
务损失、时间损失,甚至会影响到企业在市场上的生存地位。
对于很多汽车公司来说,产品研发虽然有行业通用的开发流程保证
产品质量,但经常会发生由于没有对风险进行充分评估而导致的重大损
失。事实上,企业完全可以对影响产品研发的风险因素加以评估,并由
此建立有效的风险评估体系和预警保障体系,以维持企业健康发展。因
此,如果从一开始就对风险进行评估和管控,无疑对于项目最终的成本、
时间和质量目标的达成,都具有积极意义。
本文针对以上问题对项目风险评估进行了探索性的研究,以此期望
为汽车零部件产品开发的项目管理提供参考。文章首先介绍了研究课题
的背景和意义,以及研究内容和技术路线;其次,介绍了汽车产品研发
的概念,项目管理的流程,以及和风险相关的概念,如风险识别、风险
评估、应对计划等;再次,结合 C 公司一款自动变速箱控制单元开发的
具体项目,根据风险管理的方法和步骤,分析了其中几大风险因素如财
务因素、技术因素、人力资源因素、运营因素和市场因素的影响。最后,
通过专家打分,利用层次分析法作为本文风险评估的方法,对上述的风
险因素进行建模计算,对总体风险进行了分析,帮助项目管理者做出了

Risk is everywhere. In the development process of the automotive parts,
the risk is also difficult to avoid. These risk factors inside often lead to huge
financial losses caused by the operation of the entire enterprise, loss of time,
loss of opportunity and affect the survival of the enterprise in the market.
For many panies, although there is mon industry
development process of product research and development to ensure product
quality, there are often result in significant losses because of no full assess
the risk. In fact, companies can assess risk factors which will affect the
product development. Companies also can establish an effective system of
risk assessment and early warning security system so that the risk of product
research and development projects will be minimized and the healthy
development of enterprises is maintained. Therefore, if risk can be assessed
and controlled in the beginning, there will be positive significance for final
project cost, time and quality goals doubtlessly.
