摘要
组合仪表是汽车的重要部件,对汽车的安全运行至关重要。本文设计的具有自动检
测和自动压装的组合仪表压装系统采用双 CPU 模块化设计保证了控制的实时性和程序
的结构化风格。
该系统由两个子系统组成,分别是人机子系统和控制子系统,人机子系统采用了
89S8252 处理器,此款处理器使用较为普遍,价格也适中。其显示部分为 20x4 字符点
阵液晶模块,价格也较低廉。控制子系统采用了 89C52 微处理器和 ADS8325 转换芯片。
两子系统用 CAN 总线进行连接,CAN 总线接口包括总线控制和总线驱动两部分,前者
选用了 Philips 半导体公司的 SJA1000,在原 PCA82C200 基础上,增加了 协
议,后者选用 82C250。保证了信息的可靠传递和快速传递。
本系统能同时压装四仪表指针,适应目前大多数组合仪表为四仪表系统的情况,简
称“四通道”。每通道均能独立检测压装过程中的压装力值,并根据设定的上线力值和
下线力值实施控制和欠力或过力提示,以便重压和人工复检。

Abstract
Abstract
Combination instrument is an ponent of the car to the safe operation of
the car is very important. This design has pressed the automatic detection and automatic
combination instrument pressing system. This system uses double CPU modular design
ensure control of real-time and procedure of the structural style.
This system consists of two sub-systems separately is man-machine subsystem and
control subsystem. Using the man-machine subsystem 89S8252 processor which have a
reasonable price mon used. It shows part 20x4 character dot matrix LCD module is
relatively cheap price. Control subsystem adopted 89C52 microprocessor and ADS8325
conversion chip. The two subsystems connect by CAN bus. The CAN bus interfaces including
bus control and the bus driver two parts. The former chose e from NXP) which
have increased B based on PCA82C200. The latter select 82C250. This ensures
information transfer reliable and fast.
This system can pressed four meters pointer, which can adapt most bination
instrument for four instrumentation systems. It referred to as "four channel". Each channel can
independently testing in the process of being pressed value and according to the set value and
referrals on-line control force value and owe force or power. That can convenient to press
again and artificial review.
