【摘要】目的:评价半导体激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术(diode laser transcleral cyclophotocoagulation, DL Tscpc)治疗难治性青光眼的远期疗效。方法:~,多点数26~34的DL Tscpc,术后随访观察并记录眼压,视力,眼部自觉症状以及并发症,随访时间36mo以上。结果:术前平均眼压(±)mmHg,最后随访平均眼压为(±)mmHg,经配对资料t 检验,术前眼压与术后眼压相比,差别具有统计学意义(P <)。%。术后399眼视力无变化,30眼视力提高,2眼视力下降。术前有眼痛的患者眼痛均消失或缓解,并发症少,程度轻,主要有色素膜炎,前房出血等,2眼眼球萎缩。结论:经长期随访观察,DL Tscpc是治疗难治性青光眼的一种简单,安全有效的方法。

AbstractAIM: To evaluate the long-term efficiency of diode laser transscleral cyclophotocoagulation (DL Tscpc) for refractory : Retrospective analysis was made in 431 eyes with refractory a treated by DL Tscpc with lower energy power (-) and more laser spots (26-34). Intraocular pressure (IOP), visualacuity, ocular symptoms plications were observed after DL Tscpc. Patients were followed up over 36 months. RESULTS: Mean pre-operative IOP was (±)mmHg which was significantly different from the final follow-up mean IOP (±)mmHg. (P <). The ess rate was %(68/72). Postoperative visual acuity kept no change in 399 eyes; elevated in 30 eyes and decreased in two eyes. The pain sense disappeared or remarkably relieved.
