[摘要]目的检测诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)在病理性瘢痕及正常皮肤组织中的表达,探讨其与病理性瘢痕增生及痛痒的关系。方法应用免疫组化技术对痛痒、非痛痒的病理性瘢痕和正常皮肤组织中iNOS、5-HT的表达及分布情况进行检测,并采用图像分析法对检测结果进行半定量分析。结果痛痒的瘢痕组织与正常皮肤组织相比,iNOS、5-HT的表达均显著升高( F=、,q=、,P <);非痛痒的瘢痕组织与正常皮肤组织相比,iNOS表达显著升高( q=, P <),5-HT表达差异无显著性( q=,P >);痛痒的瘢痕组织与非痛痒的瘢痕组织相比,5-HT的表达显著升高( q=,P <),iNOS的表达差异无显著性( q=,P >)。结论 iNOS 可能与病理性瘢痕的形成有关,其增高可能促进瘢痕的增生;5-HT可能与病理性瘢痕的临床痛痒症状有关,其增高可能导致病理性瘢痕临床痛痒症状的发生。

[ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo study the expressions of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in abnormal scar and normal skin and their relationship with the scar proliferation and itching or pain. Methods Immuno-histochemical method was adopted to detect iNOS and 5-HT in itching or painful scars and non-itching or non-painful scars and nor-mal skin tissues, the results were semi-quantitatively analyzed by image analysis. pared with normal skin, iNOS and 5-HT expression in itching or painful scars were significantly higher ( F=,;q=,;P <), and iNOS in non-itching or non-painful scars was significantly higher ( q=,P <), 5-HT was no difference ( q=,P >). In the itching or painful scars, 5-HT was significantly higher than in non-itching or non-painful scars ( q=,P <); no difference was noted in iNOS ( q=, P >). Conclusion iNOS may correlate with the scarring, and higher expression of iNOS may contribute to it. 5-HT may correlate with the itching and painful symptoms of abnormal scars, and higher expressions of it may in-duce the symptoms.

瘢痕是创伤修复的必然结果,组织的异常修复可形成病理性瘢痕,不但影响美容,且常有瘙痒、刺痛等症状,其发病机制尚不完全清楚。皮肤痛痒的发生机制很复杂,涉及到神经生理、内源性生化物质等多个方面,许多体内外的因素及细胞受损后所产生的物质均能引起痛痒。痒和痛有着密切的关系,有着共同的神经解剖学通道。已知的经典的致痛致痒的递质有组胺、5-羟色胺(5-HT)等,近几年来,一氧化氮(NO)与痛觉调控的关系也越来越受到人们的关注。本研究采用免疫组化方法检测诱导型一氧化氮合酶(i
