【摘要】目的观察川芎嗪对新生鼠脑组织缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)后炎症细胞因子IL8、TNFα、IL10动态变化的影响。方法选用7日龄Wistar大鼠90只,随机分为假手术对照组、HIBD组、川芎嗪治疗组,检测0~48 h 5个不同时间点的效应指标的变化趋势及组间差异。结果 HIBD组各时间点IL8、TNFα、IL10浓度均比假手术对照组明显升高(P <001),川芎嗪治疗组IL8、TNFα、IL10浓度均比HIBD组降低。结论缺氧缺血早期促炎症细胞因子IL8、TNFα和抑炎症细胞因子 IL10表达上升,川芎嗪可减轻缺氧缺血脑损伤后新生鼠脑内炎症程度。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of ligustrazine on the expression of IL8,TNFα and IL10 after hypoxicischemic brain damage in rats’ brain y Wistar rats of 7dayold were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The enzymelinked immunosorbent assay was used to measure mean
concentrations of IL8,TNFα,IL10 in rats’ brain tissue after the model of HIBD was established. Results The mean concentrations of IL8,TNFα,IL10 in HIBD group were significant higher than those in sham operated group (P<001).In ligustrazine intervention group, compared with HIBD group, the concentrations were The concentrations of IL8,TNFα and IL10 were increased after HIBD, ligustrazine could regulate down the inflammation degree,which might be one of mechanisms of ligustrazine treating HIBD.
