【摘要】目的:了解癌症患者主要照顾亲属的抑郁状况及影响因素. 方法:采用流调用抑郁自评量表、社会支持量表及自编一般情况调查表及患者疾病信息调查表对106例癌症患者的主要照顾亲属进行问卷调查. 结果:癌症患者亲属的抑郁自评分均值为(±)分,高于国内常模,且超过正常范围界值;%,高于正常人群;多元回归分析结果显示,亲属抑郁评分与患者躯体症状、亲属家庭收入状况和对社会支持的利用度有线性关系,其中与支持利用度呈负相关,患者躯体症状对亲属抑郁评分影响最大. 结论:癌症患者的亲属存在较严重的抑郁情绪,患者躯体症状多、亲属家庭经济状况差和对社会支持利用度低是亲属抑郁状况的主要影响因素.

【Abstract】 AIM: To examine the depression status in primary family caregivers of cancer patients and the related factors that affect depression of family caregivers. METHODS: 106 family caregivers of cancer patients were assessed by questionnaire investigations. The questionnaires included the Center for Epidemiological StudiesDepression Scale (CESD), the Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS), and the selfdesigned ones regarding the general condition of the caregivers and disease information of the patients.
