【摘要】目的探讨肠内营养对梗阻性黄疸幼鼠肠黏膜中Bax、Bcl2表达的影响及意义。方法将40只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、假手术组、梗阻性黄疸(OJ)组、OJ+能全素组,免疫组织化学法检测肠黏膜Bcl2和Bax蛋白的表达。结果 OJ组大鼠肠黏膜Bcl2表达降低,Bax表达升高,Bcl2/Bax比值下降(均P<);OJ+能全素组大鼠Bcl2表达增加(P<),Bax表达降低(P<),Bcl2/Bax比值升高(P<)。结论梗阻性黄疸时肠黏膜细胞凋亡显著增加,应用肠内营养对肠黏膜损伤有保护作用,其机制可能是与上调肠黏膜Bcl2蛋白及下调Bax蛋白有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of enteral nutrition on expression of Bax and Bcl2 in gut mucosa in rats with obstructive The Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,sham operation group,obstructive jaundice(OJ) group,and obstructive jaundice group with nutrison(OJ+N).The expression of Bax and Bcl2 in intestinal mucosa was tested by immunohistochemical The expression of Bcl
