摘要:目的研究藏药翁布不同提取物的体外抑菌作用。方法采用滤纸片扩散法对藏药翁布Myricaria germanica (L.) 。结果藏药翁布水提物和醇提物对大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为70%和50%,对其他8种菌的最低抑菌浓度均在5%以下,有显著的抑菌作用。结论翁布水提物的抑菌效果好于醇提物。

Bacteriostasis Study of the Different Extracts from the Traditional Tibetan Herb Myricaria germanica (L.) Desv in vitro
Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the bacteriostasis in vitro of aqueous extract and alcohol extract from the Tibetan herb Myricaria germanica. MethodsFilter paper dispersion Result: The MIC of aqueous extract and alcohol extract to E. coli were 70% and 50% respectively, and the MIC of the other eight bacteria was under 5%. ConclusionThe extracts has obvious bacteriostasis effects, and the bacteriostasis effect of aqueous extract is better than that of alcohol extract.

藏药翁布原植物为柽柳科Tamaricaceae水柏枝属Myricaria Desv,水柏枝Myricaria germanica (L.) Desv.,灌木, m,茎直立且多数分枝,枝红棕色;叶小,线形或线状长圆形,分布于西藏、青海、四川、云南、甘肃、陕西、山西,生长于海拔2 000~2 900 m的河滩环境[1],为传统藏药,据《晶珠本草》记载,翁布有清热解毒,发散透疹,治黄水病的功效[2]。清热解毒中草药对多种细菌或病毒所致的感染性疾病有良好的治疗效果[3],本文分别采用翁布的水提物和醇提物对多种菌进行体外抑菌实验,拟观察翁布体外的抑菌效果,为藏药翁布的开发和应用提供基础理论依据。
1 材料与仪器
药物藏药翁布采自青海省祁连县海拔2 900 m的河滩,由青海师范大学生命与地理科学学院吴学明教授鉴定。
