摘要:目的研究低强度脉冲电磁场预防心血管疾病的机制. 方法 24只雌性新西兰大耳白兔随机分为正常组(Ⅰ)、模型组(Ⅱ)和磁场组(Ⅲ).Ⅰ组用正常饲料,Ⅱ和ⅢⅢ组饲养于磁场环境中,暴磁时间为10h・d-1 ,所采用激励磁场的强度为4×10-4 T、. 结果Ⅱ组与Ⅰ组比较,血细胞比容、血浆粘度、全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度、高切还原粘度、低切还原粘度、红细胞聚集指数以及胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白等指标均有显著性差异(P<);Ⅲ组与Ⅱ组比较,血脂中胆固醇、三酰甘油以及血液流变中的血细胞比容、血浆粘度、全血低切粘度指标降低显著(P<),而高密度脂蛋白升高显著(P<). 结论低强度脉冲电磁场能够显著降低血脂、血液流变学等指标,提高血液流动性,对心血管疾病有良好的预防作用.

Abstract:AIM To study the effects of exposing rabbits to low-intensity pulsed ic fields(LPEF)on the levels of blood lipid and the properties of Twenty-four female white big ear rabbits were randomly devided into three I were fed with normal diet and other groups with hypercholesterolemic III were fed in15Hz pulse ic fields(4×10-4 T and10h・d-1 ).After eight weeks,by examining the levels of blood lipid and the properties of hemorheology,the effects of LPEF were with those of group I,the indexes of group II were increased by hypercholesterolemic diet(P<)including hematocrit(Hct),plasma viscosity(ηp ),whole blood viscosity of high shear rate(ηb1 ),whole blood viscosity of low shear rate(ηb2 ),whole blood reduction viscosity of high shear rate(ηb1 ′),whole blood
