摘要:目的了解基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2)及CD147在卵巢良、恶性上皮性肿瘤中的表达,探讨其与卵巢癌转移发生的关系. 方法用免疫组化SP法对47例卵巢癌组织、19例交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤、17例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中MMP-2及CD147的表达情况进行了检测. 结果 MMP-2在恶性及交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的强阳性表达率分别为59%,42%,明显高于良性组强阳性表达率30%(P<),在卵巢癌中MMP-2的表达与卵巢癌的临床分期有关,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期卵巢癌强阳性表达率71%,明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期卵巢癌强阳性表达率37%(P<),与分化程度无明显关联,但有淋巴结转移的病例强阳性表达率87%,%,57%,,CD147的强阳性表达率与临床分期有关,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的癌组织强阳性表达率74%,明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期强阳性表达率45%,在不同分化程度卵巢癌组织中CD147的强阳性率无明显差异,有无淋巴结转移的卵巢癌组织中CD147强阳性表达率差异显著. 结论 MMP-2及CD147均与卵巢癌的分期及淋巴结转移有关,CD147与MMP-2的产生关系密切.
