【摘要】目的:研究高甘油三酯血症(hypertriglyceridemia,HTG)患者载脂蛋白CⅢ(apolipoprotein CⅢ,apoCⅢ)含量变化特点及其与血脂之间的相关性。方法:测定110例HTG患者及74例血脂正常者血清apoCⅢ含量及各项血脂水平,分析apoCⅢ与其他血脂指标的相关性。结果:HTG组与对照组比较血清甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CH)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)、apoCⅢ水平有明显差异(P<);Pearson相关分析显示,HTG组apoCⅢ与TG、CH有良好的相关性(P<)。结论:临床检测血清apoCⅢ含量可用于高血脂相关疾病的诊断及疗效监测。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the characteristics of the changes of various levels of plasma apolipoprotein CⅢ(apoCⅢ) in patients with hypertriglyceridemia(HTG) and their corelationship with other lipids. Methods: The levels of plasma apoC
Ⅲ and other lipids pared between 110 patients with HTG and 74 healthy people . Results: The levels of plasma TG,CH,HDL-C,LDL-C,apoA1,apoB,apoA1/apoB and apoCⅢ in patients were different from those in the control group significantly(P< or ) . Pearson's correlation coefficients indicated that apoCⅢ was correlative positively with TG and CH in HTG group (P< ) . Conclusions: apoCⅢ may be used as a marker for clinical dignosis and for monitor curative effect of HTG-related diseases .
