文档介绍：糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术疗效观察
【摘要】目的探讨糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化(phacoemulsification,PHACO)联合人工晶体(IOL)植入术的疗效。方法对194例(211眼)糖尿病患者和198例(219眼)非糖尿病患者的PHACO联合IOL植入术后疗效进行比较。结果两组的术后并发症的发生率差异无显著性,,糖尿病患者98只眼(%),非糖尿病患者124只眼(%),差异也无显著性(P>)。结论对于糖尿病患者,只要术前经过适当饮食控制或加用适量降糖药物,使血糖稳定在一定水平而无全身或眼部严重并发症者,施行PHACO联合IOL植入术是安全可靠的。对增殖性视网膜病变的糖尿病患者,仍应视为手术禁忌证。

[Abstract] Objective To analyse the effectiveness of cataract extraction with phacoemulsification and implantation of PC-IOL in Phacoemulsification and implantation of PC-IOL were performed on 194(211eyes) diabetics and 198(219 eyes) nondiabetics between the two groups was performed There was no significant difference in plications,the postoperative corrected visual acuities of or better were achieved in 98(%) of diabetic eyes and in 124(%) of nondiabetic eyes(P>).Conclusion Based on this study,if the diabetics with cataract can be controlled
by diet or hypoglycemic agent,the glucose level in the blood remains stable for a period of time and there are no other systemic and and implantation of PC-IOL can be performed on such patients and the therapeutic results of the operation can be safe and reliable.
