[摘要]目的: 测定蜈蚣甘草散中重金属的含量。方法: 蜈蚣甘草散灰化后用硫化钠显色,用紫外分光光度法测定蜈蚣甘草散中重金属的含量。灰化温度550℃,时间2h;测定条件:~,波长202nm。结果: 线性范围0~50μg,%,%。结论: 本方法可靠,稳定性、重现性好,可作为蜈蚣甘草散中重金属限量控制的方法。

Determination of heavy metals in Wugong Gancao powder with UV spectrophotometry
[Abstract] Objective:To determine the contents of the heavy metals in Wugong Gancao :Being calcinated and colorated with sodium sulfide,the contents of the heavy metals in Wugong Gancao powder was determined with UV operating conditions were a calcinating temperature of550℃and time UV spectrophotometry analysis pH ~ the wavelength :The linear range was at0~50μg,and the average recovery %,%.Conclusions:The method was reliable and stable,with good reproducibility,and can be used for determination of heavy metals not only

近年来,中药的安全性越来越受到人们关注,其中一个重要的方面是有关中药中农药残留、重金属、黄曲霉毒素的研究。重金属可通过蓄积或直接对人体产生不利的影响。关于中药中重金属监控的研究是目前的热点之一。蜈蚣甘草散是我院常用的传统验方制剂,由蜈蚣、甘草组成,用于小儿痉咳、顿咳、顽咳等,临床疗效满意。通过测定,为制剂及原药材质量标准的制定提供依据,为重金属的监控提供可能。
1 仪器、试剂与药品
UV-2401PC紫外分光光度计(SHIMADZU),pHs-25型酸度计(上海雷磁仪器厂),箱式电炉(上海沪南科学仪器厂),所用试剂均为分析纯,蜈蚣甘草散由我院制剂室提供。
