摘要:目的研究视网膜锥体细胞功能异常大鼠的视觉电生理特点. 方法按国际临床视觉电生理学会标准化方案,采用RETIport系统和自制的氯化银角膜电极、不锈钢针状电极对成年雄性SD大鼠观察视网膜电图暗适应视网膜电图(ERG)、振荡电位(OPs波)和明适应ERG和颜色光ERG;采用RETIscan系统观察明暗适应条件下的白色和颜色光多焦点视网膜电图(mERG).颜色光ERG和mERG记录通过在被测眼前分别加红、绿、蓝色滤光片后进行. ,mERG总和反应(n=5大鼠)的b波幅值和潜伏期分别为:(126±41)μV,(±)ms(白);(104±39)μV,(±)ms(绿);(86±33)μV,(±)ms(蓝)和(76±21)μV,(±)ms(红).明适应条件下正常大鼠的mERG仍能够记录到,,,但是颜色光mERG波形可以记录到,其总和反应b波幅值和潜伏期(n=2只眼)分别为:(42±7)μV,(50±
7)ms(绿);(±)μV,(50±8)ms(蓝);(125±41)μV,(57±3)ms(红).先天性静止性夜盲大鼠暗适应ERG和mERG异常,其暗适应条件下的白光mERG b波幅值降低,潜伏期明显延长. 结论白色和颜色光mERG能够在正常大鼠眼角膜上记录,,,其对mERG模式下的红光刺激非常敏感.

Abstract:AIM To investigate the visual electrophysi-ological properties of a SD rat with retinal cone cell degenera┐ According to the International Clinic Vi-sual Electrophysiological Standard Program,monly obtained responses(scotopic and photopic electroretinograms and oscillatory potentials)and chromatic stimulus ERG were recorded with RETIport and chromatic stimuli multifocal retinoelectrograms(mERG)were recorded with RETIport system in dark and light adaptations,respec- chromatic ERG and mERG were recorded by putting a color filter(Green,Blue and Red)before the test-ing ERGs and OPs waves of the normal rats were similar to those of achromatic and chromatic stimuli multifocal retinoelectrograms could also be recorded in normal
