【摘要】目的建立藏药鬼箭锦鸡儿中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法采用正交实验设计,以总黄酮含量为考察指标,研究藏锦鸡儿总黄酮的最佳提取方法;并利用分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,对藏锦鸡儿原药材中的总黄酮含量进行测定。%。结论该工艺合理,黄酮有效成分提取率高。该方法测定样品结果准确可靠、快速、重复性好。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo set up the quantitative method for determining the total flavonoid in Tibetan herb Caragana jubata (Pall) Poir. Methods With the total flavonoid content of a kind of Tibetan herb Caragana(pall) poir as an observed target, a optimum extracting method was obtained by the orthogonal experiment design, and the flavonoids in the roots and caudices of Caragana jubata (pall) poir were analyzed qualitatively. ResultsIn this paper, the content of total flavonoids was % by spectrophotometic method with rutin as standard sample. ConclusionThe optimum preparation procedure is reliable with higher extraction ratio of the method is reliable, accurate, quick and reproducible.

藏锦鸡儿学名鬼箭锦鸡儿Caragana jubata (Pall) Poir,藏名“作毛兴”,为豆科锦鸡儿属植物,是叶型较小的中生、中旱生、旱生和沙生灌木。生长在海拔3 000~4 700 m的阴坡、半阴坡地带[1~3]。藏医用其根茎及其干燥红色木质部心材入药,其味涩、性凉。具有活血散瘀、凉血、降压、生肌止痛的功能,可用于防治多血症、血热症、高血压病和心血管等方面的疾病[4]。鬼箭锦鸡儿中含有黄酮类、皂苷、生物碱、鞣质、挥发油和糖类等化学成分[5]。本文采用正交实验法研究了鬼箭锦鸡儿中总黄酮的最佳提取条件,同时对其总黄酮含量进行了测定[6~8]。
1 仪器、试剂及样品采集
仪器与试剂722型可见分光光度计(上海精密科学仪器有限公司);分析天平;芦丁(中国药品生物品检定所) ;乙醇等试剂均为分析纯;常用玻璃仪器等。
