摘要:目的:本文旨在探讨复方枸杞合剂对大鼠、小鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:L4)造成大鼠和小鼠急性肝损伤模型,醋氨酚造成小鼠肝坏死模型;用赖氏法测定大鼠和小鼠血清SALT活力、甲醇法测定大鼠血清胆红素含量,并观察醋氨酚中毒对小鼠生存率的影响。结果:复方枸杞合剂能降低大鼠、小鼠SALT水平和胆红素含量,并显著提高醋氨酚中毒的小鼠生存率。结论:复方枸杞合剂对实验性肝损伤具有保护作用。

A Study of the Protective Effect pound Medlar Mixture on Experimental Hepatic Injury
Abstract: Objective: To survery the protection pound medlar mixture against experimental hepatic injury of mouse and : Forming an acute hepatic injury model of mouse and rat by using carbon tetrachloride (ccl4) and a hepatic necrosis model of mouse by using acetaminophen(AAP) ,measuring the activi
ty of the serum alanine transaminase(SALT) of mice and rats by Reitman-Frankel’s method, serum bilirubin content of rats by methanol survival rate of mice responsing to AAP poisoning was also observed. Result: Compound medlar mixture can reduce SALT activity and bilirubin content of mice and rats,and can effectively increase the survival rate of mice responsing to AAP poisoning. Conclusion: Compound medlar mixture has an action to protect animal’s hepatic cells from experimental injury.

复方枸杞合剂主要成分为枸杞,并配伍黄芪。枸杞为茄科落叶灌木植物宁夏枸杞( Lycium barbarum L.)的干燥成熟果实。据中药大词典记载[1],枸杞具有滋肝补肾,益精明目之功。黄芪味甘,性微温,具有补气升阳,益卫固表、利尿消肿、托毒生肌之功效
