【摘要】探讨人参皂甙对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠中PI3K的影响。[方法]运用高胰岛素正糖钳夹技术检测2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗模型大鼠,通过数学模型计算出葡萄糖输注速率(GIR)。[结果]三组人参皂甙组GIR均较高脂组不同程度的提高,人参皂甙Re组的GIR和正常组、高脂组有显著性差异。以 Wstern Blot方法测定肝脏组织中PI3K的含量,Rg1组的蛋白表达要比Rb1组、Re组、高脂组、对照组和正常组有显著性差异。[结论] 人参皂甙在肝脏中有显著的促进PI3K磷酸化的作用。

Abstract:[Objective] With hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp technique to insulin resistance of rat model,observe ginsenoside treat type 2 diabetes.[Methods] Divide the rats into 6 groups, feed through the high fat diet, cause the type 2 diabetes model, after feeding for 4 weeks , through clamp calculate glucose infusion rate, observe the change of the weight of every group , fetch the muscle, anize and anize, regard PI3K as object albumen , observe expression of albumen e with immune trace with western blot.
[Result] The GIR of ginsenoside Re and Rg1 increases and has significant differences with group Rb1 by the look of GIR, high with contrasting group’parative weight closely; in the anize taking PI3K as purpose albumen, the expression of the ginsenoside Rg1 group with other groups have significant differences ,P<. ginsenoside Re and normal group , ginsenoside Rg1 have significant differences, ginsenoside Rb1 has the significant difference with ginsenoside Rg1.[Conclusion] Brief on the signal thorough fare where the ginsenoside can improve the insulin recepto
