摘要:目的:研究喉炎宁口服液的主要药效学,为其临床应用提供理论依据。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进、小鼠棉球肉芽肿实验,考察喉炎宁的抗炎作用;采用大鼠被动皮肤过敏和2,4-二硝基氯苯致小鼠迟发性超敏反应实验,考察喉炎宁的抗过敏作用;用小鼠醋酸扭体法观察喉炎宁的镇痛作用。结果:喉炎宁口服液可明显减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀度、抑制腹腔毛细血管通透性增高、棉球肉芽组织增生;显著抑制大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应、小鼠迟发性超敏反应;减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应次数。结论:喉炎宁口服液有助于急、慢性咽喉炎临床症状的改善。

Pharmacodynamic Study of Houyanning Oral Liquid on Acute and Chronic Faucitis
Abstract:Objective:To study the main pharmacodynamics of Houyanning oral liquid in order to provide theoretical basis on its clinical :Ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene, abdominal capillary permeability by acetic acid and cotton-pill-implantation-induced hyperplasia in mice were used to study the anti-inflammatory effects; passive cutaneous anaphylaxis in rat and delayed type hypersensitivity induced by 2,4-nitrylchlorobenzene in mice were used to study the antiallergic effect; acetic acid-induced writhing test in mice were used to study the :Houyanning oral liquid significantly suppressed xylene-induced ear edema, abdominal capillary permeability, cotton induced rat hyperplasia, and markedly inhibited passive cutaneous anaphylaxis in rat and delayed type hypersensitivity induced by 2,4-nitrylchlorobenzene in mice; the writhing times of mice induced by acetic acid :Houyanning oral liquid is effective in clin
