【摘要】目的探讨新型毒品滥用者强制戒毒期间的情绪状况。方法采用抑郁自评量表对苏州强制戒毒所的216例新型毒品滥用者进行测试分析。结果强制戒毒期间新型毒品滥用者抑郁自评量表总分显著高于国内正常成人常模(t=,P<),女性显著高于男性(t=,P<),未婚组显著高于未婚同居组与离婚组(P<),已婚组显著高于离婚组(P<),吸毒年限<1 a与≥1 a者间无显著差异(P>),对毒品渴求组显著高于不渴求组(P<)。结论新型毒品滥用者在强制戒毒期间有明显的抑郁情绪,不同性别、不同婚姻状况以及对毒品的渴求程度不同,其抑郁程度有显著差异。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the emotional status of neotype drug abuseres pulsory detoxification. Methods Tests and analyses were conducted with Selfrating Depression Scale(SDS) in 216 neotype drugs abusers (NDA) from Shuzhou Forced Detoxitication Institute . Results The total score of the SDS was significantly higher in neotype drugs abusers than internal normal adult norm(t=,P<), in female than male ones(t=,P<), in the unmarried than the unmarried cohabitation or the divorced(P&lt;) and in the married than the unmarried(P&lt;), in the drug craving than drug discraving (P&lt; or
1), and there was no significant difference between drug taking time limit &lt; and ≥ one year(P&gt;).Conclusion Neotype drugs abusers have obvious depressive emotion and depression degrees significant differences with different gender, marital stadus, and drug craving degree.
