【摘要】目的观察甘草锌颗粒和米诺环素联合应用治疗寻常痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法 168例寻常痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给甘草锌颗粒和米诺环素胶囊联用及米诺环素胶囊单用治疗,同时外用1%克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶。6周后评价疗效及不良反应。%,%;% %。两组的痊愈率和总有效率经χ2检验,差异有显著性(χ2=,P=;χ2=,P=)。所有无效病例均为IV级的重度痤疮患者。所有患者均没有发生肝肾功能异常,少数患者有轻微的不良反应如恶心、头痛和颜面水肿。结论与单用米诺环素相比,甘草锌颗粒和米诺环素联合使用治疗寻常痤疮效果更好,安全性高,值得临床推广。
