【摘要】目的对金线莲Anoectochilus roxburghii (Wall.) 。方法采用磺酰罗单明Sulforhodamine B (SRB)法和MTT分析法。结果对3种敏感细胞株:人白血病细胞株( HL-60 )、人肺癌细胞株(A-549)、人肝癌细胞株(BEL-7402) 筛选结果10-5mmol/L的化合物kinsenoside时抑制率均小于85%,评定为无效。结论化合物kinsenoside的抗癌活性不显著。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the in vitro antitumor effect of kinsenoside, the high yielding constituent from Anoectochilus roxburghii (Wall.) Lindl. MethodsSRB assay and MTT colorimetric assay were experimental data of the inhibiting effect of kinsenoside at 10-5mmol/L on three kinds of human leukemia cells ( HL-60 ),human lung cancer cells(A-549)、human hepatic carcinoma cell (BEL-7402) respectively resulted in a ratio no more than 85%,which was assessed no has no significant inhibitory effect on cancer cells.

金线莲(Herba Anoectochili)为兰科开唇兰属植物花叶开唇兰Anoectochilus roxburghii (Wall.) ,是多年生珍稀中草药,有清凉解毒、滋阴降火、消炎止痛之功效,可用于治疗肺结核咯血、糖尿病、肾炎、膀胱炎、重症肌无力、遗精、风湿性及类风湿性关节炎、小儿惊风、妇女白带以及毒蛇咬伤等症;生于山地林下阴湿地,在我国分布于浙江、福建、台湾、江西、西藏等省区[1],俗称“金草”“神药”“药王”“乌人参”等。化学成分方面除发现金线莲中氨基酸,微量元素及糖类的含量高外,还有黄酮类、甾体、三萜类等化合物分离鉴定的报道[2~4]。通过对野生金线莲的化学成分研究,鉴定了两个丁酸苷类化合物β-D- glucopyranosyl- (3R) –hydroxybutanolide (Ⅰ,kinsenoside), methyl 4-β-D- glucopyranosyl- butanoate (Ⅱ)[5],并发现
