【摘要】目的观察热敷、按摩结合驱铜治疗对肝豆状核变性(WD)患者扭转痉挛的疗效。方法 71例WD扭转痉挛型患者随机分为对照组和治疗组两组,对照组32例,治疗组39例,对照组行常规驱铜治疗和护理,治疗组则在常规驱铜治疗和护理基础上,在护理人员指导下予热敷、按摩治疗,2个月疗程结束后观察疗效。结果 2个月疗程结束时,治疗组临床痊愈、显效及改善分别为3例(%)、16例(%)及17例(%),%,%,均较对照组显著增高。结论热敷、按摩联合驱铜治疗能显著改善WD扭转痉挛型患者的病情,且在一定程度上降低了患者的治疗费用。
