【摘要】目的研究复方仙脾合剂对肾阳虚小鼠壮阳作用及免疫功能的影响。方法制备去势及药物(氢化可的松)诱发肾阳虚小鼠模型,观察复方仙脾合剂的壮阳效果及免疫功能,观察小鼠阴茎勃起的潜伏时间及抗应激反应。结果复方仙脾合剂对去势及药物诱发的肾阳虚小鼠补肾壮阳作用不明显,可缩短药物所致肾阳虚小鼠阴茎勃起的潜伏期,对肾阳虚小鼠的体重、体温、自主活动和耐寒能力的下降以及生殖器官精囊腺、睾丸的脏器指数的下降均有一定的提高作用。可提高正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬功能、吞噬百分率和吞噬指数与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<)。结论复方仙脾合剂对去势及药物诱发的肾阳虚小鼠有一定补肾壮阳作用,对肾阳虚小鼠应激能力及免疫功能有较好的提高作用。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect plex Xian Pi Mixture on kidney "yang" deficiency mice in enhancing "yang "and immunity. MethodsThe kidney "yang "deficiency model was established by hydrocortisone in mice ,and the latent period of penis and the anti-stress effect were observed. plex XianPi Mixture had no effect on kidney "yang" deficiency mice induce by castration and drug, but it could shorten the latent period of penis in Kidney "yang"deficiency mice induced by drug, elevate the weight, temperature ,spontaneous activities and cold-resistant ability, increase a
n coefficient of seminal vesicle and didymus,and increase phagocytic function of macrophage to chicken red blood cell in abdominal cavity of normal mice. The phagocytosis percentage and exponent had significant pared with control group(P<).plex Xian Pi Mixture has effect of benefiting kidney, enhbancing the anti-stress and immunity in Kidney "yang "deficiency mice induced by castration and drug.
