【摘要】目的观察大鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)模型滑膜组织苏木精-伊红(H-E)染色变化,探讨姜黄素对AA滑膜组织病理的影响。方法将SD大鼠用弗氏完全佐剂(CFA)造模后,分为3组(每组n=10):姜黄素用药组、模型组、正常组,姜黄素组每日姜黄素50 mg·kg-1·d-1(溶于10%的二甲基亚砜1 ml)腹腔注射,模型组等量溶剂腹腔注射,正常饲养;7和14天分别测量足趾肿胀度和关节肿胀度;15天后将大鼠处死,取滑膜组织、固定、包埋、切片、染色、镜检,对滑膜组织病理学的影响采用评分检测。结果关节肿胀度比较造模后7天模型组和姜黄素组差异无统计学意义,14天两组间差异有统计学意义(P<);H-E染色后光镜下滑膜病理评分比较:姜黄素组较模型组低且差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论姜黄素可以减轻佐剂关节炎大鼠炎症反应,消除肿胀;减少滑膜组织炎性细胞浸润。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of curcumin on the pathological changes in synovium of adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats. Methods SD rats were divided into three groups (n=10 each): normal rat control group; AA model control group (induced by giving Freund′plete adjuvant hypo into the left hind toe); and treatment group (with curcumin 50 mg·kg-1 ip qd administered to the model rats from d9 after AA). The degree of swelling of the toe and knee joint was measured on d7 and d14. The rats were killed on d15 to remove the synovium for histopathologic study and scoring. Results No obvious differences in swelling were found between the model group and the treatment group on d7, but the differences became significant on d14 ( vs. , P<).
