浅谈物业税对房价的影响
摘要:物业税自从提出后,就一直成为各界讨论的热点。本文通过对我国房地产行业的现状及存在问题进行归纳,引出物业税,从而对物业税可能引起的房地产市场相关主体的利益冲突及由此造成房产供需变化进行理论分析,以揭示开征物业税对房价的走势影响。同时借鉴国际经验,探讨开征物业税的条件,对物业税征收政策提出合理化建议。

Abstract:Property tax since put forward, has e a focus of all walks of life. This article through to the real estate industry in our country, summarized the present situation and existing problems, which leads to the property tax, the real estate market of property tax may cause conflicts of interest related subject, and the resulting changes in supply and demand theory analysis, to reveal a property tax impact on house prices trend. And draw lessons from international experience, discusses the conditions for a property tax, property tax levy policy rationalization proposal is put forward.
