第三方物流企业成本管理分析和研究
摘要
现代物流作为点企业的“第三利润源泉”,已经成为全球经济发展的一个新的经济增长点,其重要作用和地位也日益凸显,它的出现反映了当前社会的发展和时代要求。作为物流管理核心的物流成本管理,在帮助企业持续降低物流成本和增强竞争等方面作用非常突出。因此,如何发挥物流成本管理的作用,并很好的控制和降低企业物流成本是本文研究的重点,这对提高企业物流的动作效率、企业的经济效益以及企业的竞争力都有着重大的现实意义。
本文通过第三方物流企业、成本管理的界定以及对作业成本法的阐述,结合我国物流企业存在的问题和我国物流业的发展趋势,提出了我国物流企业从战略成本管理思想,到加强隐性成本控制和作业成本法几个方面相互作用的物流成本管理模式。使其运用到企业实际物流成本管理活动中去,以降低企业物流成本,提高企业经济效益。

Abstract
Modern logistics as point of enterprise "the third profits source", has e a global economic development of a new economic growth point, the role and position also highlighted increasingly, it appears the reflect the current social development and time requirements. As the core of the logistics logistics management cost management and help enterprise continue in reducing logistics cost and petition, and other effects very outstanding. Therefore, how to play the role of the logistics cost management, and good to control and reduce logistics cost is the focus of this study, this to raises the action of enterprise logistics efficiency, the economic benefit of enterprise, and petition ability of the enterprise has the significant practical significance.
This article through the third party logistics enterprise, the definition of the cost management and operation cost method, this paper, with China's logistics enterprise existing problems and the development trend of the logistics industry in China, and put forward the logistics enterprises of our country from the strategic cost management thought, to strengthen the recessive cost control and operation cost method several aspects of the interaction
