《2010年国际贸易术语解释通则》修改对国际贸易的影响
摘要
随着全球经济一体化的发展,国际贸易的发展更加迅速,“贸易术语”在国际贸易中具有非常重要的作用。为适应国际贸易实践中发生的变化,国际商会对《国际贸易术语解释通则》进行了修订,新版本《2010年国际贸易术语解释通则》于2011年1月1日生效。与《2000年国际贸易术语解释通则》相比,新通则中的贸易术语由13种调整为11种,按适合运输方式的不同划分为两大类。条款内容上既有文字措辞的调整,也有实质性的修改,但总体变动幅度不大,以保证通则在发展中的连贯性。本文在2000版本的基础上分析了新版本的主要变化和使用时需要注意的事项,详细说明了《2010年国际贸易术语解释通则》新变化以,浅析了《2010年国际贸易术语解释通则》修改对国际贸易的影响,简单的提出了针对新修订的《2010年国际贸易术语解释通则》的运用策略以及注意事项。
Apstarct
With the development of global economic integration,the development of international trade more quickly,"terms of trade"has a very important role in international order to adapt to the changes in the practice of international trade,the International Chamber merce was revised to"Incoterms",the new version of"Incoterms 2010"came into effect in January 1,pared with the"Incoterms 2000",terms of trade in the new rules by 13 adjusted to 11,divided by the different suitable means of transport into two terms of content has the wording of the adjustment,there are substantive changes,but the overall change,to ensure that the general principles of coherence in the this paper,a parison of 2010 versions with the 2000 version,need to pay attention to analysis the main changes and to use the new version of the"international trade terms,analyzes the new changes of 2010 explained"and the current situation of"Incoterms2010",of"Incoterms 2010"impact on international trade changes,simple based on the new revised"interpretation of international trade terms 2010 general".
