摘要
随着工业化进程的不断推进,传统技术创新的弊端也日益显现,在技术创新过程中产生的
以及技术创新产品所造成的污染,已经对现代人的生活和社会发展起到了严重的阻碍与破坏作
用。在这样的形式下,对传统技术创新进行重新审视并转变原有的技术创新方式已经迫在眉睫,
而“技术创新生态化”就是在现实环境条件下所提出的新的技术创新方式。但是,“技术创新生
态化”仅仅依赖于技术和生产上的“生态化”并不能顺利完成。因此,本论文根据 SST 理论的
“技术是由社会建构的,同时又是建构社会的”思想,将视野投向于对技术创新生态化的社会
建构,以期通过对社会的重塑实现技术创新生态化。
本文首先对技术创新生态化的概念、特点进行了梳理,以及从哲学和现实维度分析技术创
新生态化转向的必然性,同时对 SST 理论产生过程以及概念的理清。其次,通过技术创新的社
会形成、技术创新生态化的实施障碍以及电动汽车发展史上的失败案例三方面的分析,理清了
社会对技术创新生态化产生的重要影响,说明了实施技术创新生态化社会建构的必要性。再次,
从社会建构途径、社会动力、社会评价、社会选择、社会调节几个方面探讨了技术创新生态化
的社会建构方式与内容。最后,揭示了技术创新生态化与社会之间是相互建构的关系,在技术
创新生态化的社会形成过程中,一方面是技术创新生态化被社会建构出来,另一方面又是生态
文明社会的形成过程。

ABSTRUCT
During the industrial process, the ings of the traditional technological innovation are
e more and more. The damage of the ecological systems, which has been brought in the process
or productions of the traditional technological innovation, has set back the modern life and the social
development. Due to the reason, the mode of the traditional technological innovation should be
reconsidered immediately. The ecologicalization of technological innovation, as the new mode of the
technological innovation, is brought forward. At the same time, if the new mode of the technological
innovation only depends on the ecolgicalzation of the technology and the manufacture, it could not be
done. For the reason, the paper researches the social construction of the ecologicalzation of
technological innovation, based on the point of ‘the social shaping of technology and the
technical shaping of society’, which belongs to the SST theory.
