党的十六大以来,以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央不断深化对社会主义发
展规律的认识,创造性地提出了以人为本,全面、协调和可持续发展的科学发
展观。中共十七届五中全会《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十二个
五年规划的建议》提出,制定“十二五”规划,以科学发展为主题,这是科学
发展在中国编制五年规划史上首次被明确为“主题”,贯穿其中、统领全篇。而
科学发展是科学发展观的内在要求,实现我国经济社会科学发展,表达了包括
广大信教群众在内的亿万人民对理想生活和美好社会的愿望和追求,顺民心、
合民意。宗教是我国今后一个时期里长期存在的现象,它的状况如何,影响着
我国经济社会的科学发展。处理好科学发展与宗教之间的关系,发挥宗教界人
士和信教群众的积极作用,对我国经济社会又好又快发展有着积极作用。本文
共分为四个部分:
第一部分:“导言”。介绍本课题研究的依据和意义、国内外研究现状、研
究思路和方法,以及研究重点难点和创新点。
第二部分:“科学发展对宗教的作用”。首先,分析介绍了科学发展观与科
学发展,以及科学发展观与科学发展之间的关系。其次,提出了科学发展对宗
教的决定作用,并分析了马克思主义的宗教观是科学的宗教观。最后阐述了科
学发展引导宗教必须为自然环境的可持续发展服务;为社会的协调发展服务;
为人的全面发展服务。
第三部分:“宗教对科学发展的影响”。通过对宗教二重性的研究,分析了
宗教与科学发展之间的对立统一关系,分别阐述了宗教对于自然、社会、人发
展中的积极作用和消极作用,为提出协调二者的原则做了铺垫。
第四部分:“协调科学发展与宗教关系的原则”。提出了在科学发展中,发
挥宗教的作用分别协调自然、社会、人的发展的原则。

Abstract
Since the 16th CPC national congress, rade Hu Jintao as general
