论新时期马克思主义劳动形式观的变迁与影响

摘要

马克思主义劳动形式观在经过数百年的变迁和发展后已经发生了相当大的变化和革新,在新
时期这种变迁表现得更加明显和突出。文章首先以劳动形式的新变革为引入,提出文章所要研究
的两个核心问题,一是马克思主义劳动形式观的新变迁以及变迁后难以界定的劳动形式,二是这
种变迁给当代中国带来的影响。
其次,文章从马克思主义的经典著作出发,界定相关概念,阐述马克思主义劳动形式观的内
涵和要义、维度和表征,并说明在历史上由于工业革命和制度变迁导致的劳动形式观的几次大的
变革情况。
再次,我们将探究新时期尤其是在 21 世纪以后马克思主义劳动形式观的突出特点和再造变
革,并分析这种变迁的具体表现,而后从制度创新和科技革命、实践多样化、需求多元化三个方
面来论述这种变迁背后的深层次原因。
最后,文章着重分析马克思主义劳动形式观在变迁后的影响,指出由此而带来的公平和效率
关系的重新拷问、中产阶层的制度重塑以及创造性劳动三个方面的重大变革,从而论述马克思主
义劳动形式观会随着历史的发展与人类的进步而不断变迁。
无论从实践还是从理论上看,马克思主义劳动形式观都必将在未来发生着巨大的变化,而立
足于某一历史时期来加以总结和概述,无疑是具有学术意义和价值的。

Abstract

The labor form theory of Marxism has changed and reformed clearly after hundreds development.
In the new period, the changing es more clearly. First this article introduces the new changing of
labor form to get two core issues: the labor form which is difficult to define and the influence to the
contemporary China after new changing.
The second, the article will define relevant concepts accord with classic work of Marxism. Then, it
will explain content, essence, dimension and expression of the labor form theory of Marxism. In the
basic, it will also discuss some great labor form theory changing in history as the industrial revolution
and institution changing.
The third, we will discuss the outstanding characteristics and reforming of the labor form theory of
Marxism in the new period especial in 21st century and the express of the changing. Next, we will
analysis the three essence reasons by the changing from institution creating and science technology
revolution, practice diversification and requirement diversification.
Finally, the article will take the emphasis to influence of the labor form theory of Marxism which
has changed. And it will explain three big changes namely the reconsidered about the relation between
fairness and efficiency, the refo
