摘要
电力工业是国民经济的支柱产业,电力系统是电能的生产、输送、分配和消
费的各种电气设备连接在一起所组成的。配电系统直接与用户相连,将电能直接
送到用户,是电力系统重要组成部分。随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展,用户
负荷逐年增长,对配电系统的可靠水平要求越来越高,同时要求配电系统管理水
平越来越高。地理信息系统成为改进我国城乡配电网管理的有力工具。
本文围绕地理信息系统在配电网中的应用,以南阳配电信息系统的开发为依
托,详细介绍了系统的设计与开发过程。文章分析传统配电网管理的弊端,突出
介绍地理信息系统在配电网管理中的优势,比较了中外几大厂商的 GIS 平台的优
劣,确定在本项目中采用 ESRI 公司的 ArcGIS 系列产品,着重介绍了 ArcGIS 开
发平台 ArcObjects 系列开发包和空间数据引擎 ArcSDE。
在系统功能实现方面,本文利用 ArcObjects 组件,在可视化的
VB 开发环境中,利用 ArcObjects 的空间分析能力,由简单的地理浏览到复杂的
电网分析,既直接调用 ArcObjects 中封装的模块,同时也编写代码,针对具体的
应用环境开发相应功能,搭建一个适用于南阳配电网的电力 GIS 系统。

Abstract
The power industry is a mainstay of the economy. Power system posed by
the equipments which produce, transmit, distribute and consume electricity. The
power distributing system is directly connecting with the consumers, it is the
important unit of the power system. With the development of the economy, load of the
power system increase year by year, the requests of the reliability increase, the same
time, request that the management of the power distributing system should increase.
Geographic Information System is a powerful tool to improve the management of the
power work.
The thesis is based on the application in the power work of the
GIS and the development of Nanyang Power work Service
Information System. The shortages of the classic manage system are analyzed in the
thesis, the advantage of utilizing GIS to manage the power work and
several GIS platforms pared. It is confirmed that we utilize the GIS products
of ESRI corporation which is the ArcGIS series. In the thesis the structure of the
system is analyzed and the modules are partitioned.
In the achievement of the system, the thesis utilizes controls of
ArcObjects, and in Visual Basic developing environment, uses the spatial analyzing
capability to construct the system.
