争环境中,新建本科院校要积极构建校园文化,这对全面提高大学生综合素质、增强学校的综合
实力、提升学校的核心竞争力、促进高等教育事业的改革和创新具有十分重要的意义。就目前来
看,我国关于高校校园文化的研究理论已经取得了丰硕的成果,然而从新建本科院校这一领域出
发,校园文化依然是一个值得我们深入探讨和研究的重大课题。
首先,本文对文化及高校校园文化的内涵进行具体阐释;介绍了高校校园文化的组成要素及
它们之间的关系,明确指出高校校园文化由校园物质文化、精神文化、制度文化和行为文化四大
要素构成;并对高校校园文化的特点和功能进行深入论述;详尽梳理了高校校园文化的发展历程。
其次,对新建本科院校校园文化的现状进行了分析。在结合新建本科院校的自身特点基础上,指
出了新建本科院校的校园文化建设主要存在重视物质文化建设,校园精神文化相对滞后;多方参
与校园文化建设的合力还未形成;校园文化共性突出、特色不鲜明;校园文化活动品位有待提升
等几大问题。从学校资金不足、高等教育大众化的影响、市场经济的负面效应对校园文化的冲击、
大众传媒所带来的巨大压力这四个方面对新建本科院校校园文化建设问题产生的根源进行了深
入的探析。最后,本章立足于新建本科院校的校园文化建设目前所面临的问题,从校园物质文化、
精神文化、制度文化、行为文化四个层面出发,具有针对性的提出了关于新建本科院校校园文化
建设的具体建设途径:要精心打造优雅的校园物质文化、构建与时俱进、和谐的校园精神文化、
创建科学、现代的校园制度文化、培育理性、诚信、和谐的校园行为文化。
