新疆大学生志愿服务现状及对策研究--以乌鲁木齐高校为研究

本文从新疆大学生志愿服务的现状入手,通过理论分析与实证研究相结合
的方法,阐述了新疆大学生参与志愿服务活动所取得的成绩和存在的一些问题,
从个人、家庭、学校和社会四个方面分析其产生的具体原因,并在借鉴国内外
关于大学生志愿服务成熟做法的基础上,针对目前新疆大学生志愿服务所存在
的一些问题和不足提出建议和对策,力求进一步推动新疆大学生志愿服务工作
持续、健康、有序开展。全文共分为以下四个部分:
第一部分,引言。详尽论述了本文的选题背景和研究意义、国内外研究现
状、论文的主要思路、方法以及本文研究的创新点和难点。
第二部分,大学生志愿服务概述。概述了志愿者、志愿精神及志愿服务的
内涵,并对大学生志愿服务在国内外及新疆的发展情况进行了阐述,指出加强
新疆大学生志愿服务活动的意义。
第三部分,新疆大学生志愿服务的现状与原因分析。通过问卷调查的方式
掌握新疆大学生志愿服务的现状,找出志愿服务中存在的主要问题,并从个人、
家庭、学校和社会这四个方面分析其产生问题的具体原因。
第四部分,完善新疆大学生志愿服务的对策。就新疆大学生志愿服务中存
在的主要问题及原因提出相应的对策建议。首先,加强新疆大学生志愿服务教
育,从个人、家庭、学校和社会这四个方面培养其志愿服务意识;其次,加强
新疆大学生志愿服务机制建设,为有效地开展志愿服务提供完善的机制保障;
最后,拓展和丰富新疆大学生志愿服务的有效形式,为新疆志愿服务的进一步
发展,为社会的和谐与进步提供更有利的发展条件。
志愿服务作为一种高尚的社会公益事业,赢得了社会各界的广泛赞同和积
极响应。新疆大学生作为我国青年大学生群体中的一部分,培养他们积极的志
愿服务意识,激发他们高涨的志愿服务参与热情,对于全面提高新疆大学生的
素质,加快新疆的发展建设,促进社会主义和谐与进步具有重要的意义。

Abstract
This article states the achievements and existing problems about the colleague
volunteer service activities in Xinjiang from the angle of the present situations by the
way bing the theoretical analysis and empirical studies. Also the article
provides suggestions and resolutions and analyzes its specific reason from four
aspects: individuals, families, schools and society. It puts forward suggestions and
countermeasures to the existing problems and demerits on the basis of the mature
operation of the college students volunteer services at home and abroad and strives to
further promote the continuous, healthy and orderly development of the Xin Jiang
college students’ volunteer service. Full text is divided into the following four parts:
