内容摘要:西北内流区以盆地为主,盆地四周的高大山脉能阻止外部水汽输入盆地,也能阻止盆地产生的水汽输出盆地。监狱四周的高大围墙能阻止囚犯外逃,盆地四周的高大山脉类似于监狱四周的高大围墙,大规模调水进入内流区盆地的外来水源类似于坐监的囚犯,不能从地表流出盆地,也不能从地下流出盆地,离开盆地的唯一可能只能是先蒸发、蒸腾为水汽,再随风飘出盆地,但西北内流区盆地面积特大、四周山脉特高特长,将阻止盆地产生的水汽飘出盆地,因此,水汽从空中随风飘出盆地极其困难,绝大部分外来水源只能在盆地范围内进行局地水循环。局地水循环使外来水源被不断重复使用,调水有“倍增效益”。内流区与巨型超深盆地的最佳结合为实现“调水增雨”创造了极为有利的先天条件,调水的“倍增效益”极大,调水后,盆地每年递增的水量成等比数列,调水能起到“四两拨千斤”、“以一当十”的作用。大规模调水以后,大西北的平均降水量(含调水折算水深)有望达到500mm左右,这将彻底改变大西北干旱少雨的恶劣气候环境,将对我国产生极其深远的影响。

Summary:The major landform of northwest Flow Area is basin. The huge mountains around the basins hold back the vapour outside the basins e in, and also prevent the vapour produced from the basin outflowing. A large scale of water transferring to the flow area can not running away from the surface, or the underground. The only way is evaporating to vapour, rising and going out of the basin with the wind. But the Flow Area in northwest is so big and the mountains around it is huge and long that prevent the vapour flowing away form the basin. So most of the water can just cycle in the basin. The cycling water make the new arriving water be used again and again. Transferring water produce a multiplication reaction. The bination of flow area and basin is a apriori objective condition that make the multiplication reaction outstanding. The water resources will increase in geometrical number sequence by transferring water. Water transferring can make pit one against ten.
