摘要
随着全球经济的一体化,企业面临着越发竞争的环境,通过扩张寻求生存
和发展是大部分中国企业的普遍追求。随着财务危机公司日益增多,企业扩张
中的财务问题也日益凸显。
本文以企业生存理论为基础,从我国扩张企业失败案例出发,运用随机效
应 Logistic 面板数据模型,着重探讨了扩张型企业特性因素、宏观经济波动因
素、行业因素对扩张型企业陷入财务危机的影响。其内容主要包括四部分:
第一部分对现有的企业特性因素、宏观经济波动因素、行业因素三者与财
务危机的文献进行回顾,旨在根据对现有研究的梳理,找到本文研究的思路与
框架。
第二部分首先对扩张型企业的内涵、方式以及特殊的财务活动进行梳理;
其次结合失败案例探索扩张型企业特性对于其陷入财务危机的影响,并得出相
应财务特性指标;再次基于经济周期的驱动因素研究宏观经济波动与财务危机
的关系,具体分析了宏观经济波动对扩张型企业财务危机的影响;最后从产业
政策、行业竞争类型分别说明了行业因素也是扩张型企业发生财务危机的重要
决定因素。
第三部分是扩张型企业财务危机的实证分析。本部分采用 2005-2010 年我
国扩张型上市公司的数据,把上市公司息后经营现金流为负作为其陷入财务危
机的标志,以代表扩张型企业特性的财务指标、代表宏观经济波动的 GDP 增长
率、工业企业总资产贡献率,代表行业因素的 12 个行业,采用随机效应 Logistic
面板回归模型分析了三个层面对扩张型企业发生财务危机的影响。研究表明扩
张型企业特性、行业因素与扩张型企业陷入财务危机的概率有显著关系,扩张
型企业陷入财务危机的概率与当年宏观经济走势负相关。
第四部分是扩张型企业防范财务危机的政策建议。本部分从扩张型企业特
性因素、宏观经济波动因素、行业因素三个层面出发提出了扩张型企业防范财
务危机的建议。

Abstract
Along with the integration of the global economic, companies are facing to the
petitive environment. mon pursuit of most Chinese
enterprises is to seek survival and development through expansion. As the financial
pany growing, the financial problems in enterprise expansion are
increasingly highlighted.
This paper bases on the Survival factor theory, combine the enterprise failure
cases in China, exploring the relations between the features of pany
and corporate financial crisis, economy cycle fluctuation and corporate financial
crisis, industrial factors and corporate financial crisis by logistic panel data model
(random effect). The content mainly includes four parts:
The first part reviews the relations between corporate features and corporate

factor and corporate financial crisis, aims to find out ideas and the frame by carding
the current research, which pave the path to study the influence factors of expansive
