Abstract
In English teaching, the fallbehind’s problem is always an important studying subject. The thesis mainly discusses the reasons why the fallbehind lack interest and enthusiasm in English learning, and proposes the corresponding measures from the aspects of Affective teaching and the use of teaching method flexibly, to stimulate interest and enthusiasm of the fallbehind in learning English.

摘要
在英语教学中,“后进生”问题一直是个重要研究课题。本文主要分析了后进生缺乏英语学习兴趣与热情的原因,并从情感教学和教学方法灵活运用等方面提出了相应对策,来激发后进生英语学习的兴趣与热情。
