河(江)城市段消落带景观规划设计初探

摘要
随着我国城市的快速发展,城市居民对城市环境的要求日益提高;随着工程技
术的进步,人们对水的控制能力不断增强。在此社会背景下,许多滨水城市对城市
消落带进行了不同程度的设计和干预,一定程度上满足了城市滨水景观休闲和城市
防洪安全的需求,却和城市消落带的生态系统发生了冲突,消落带的自然生态过程
被阻,系统功能退化。如何深刻认识城市消落带,合理平衡城市安全、城市公共需
求和城市生态这三者的关系,达到真正意义上的人水和谐,是城市消落带景观规划
设计研究的重点。
本文以江(河)城市段消落带为研究对象,从城市水利、景观休闲和生态系统
三方面着手分析,运用景观生态学、生态水工学、景观设计学、水工建筑设计和城
市规划等相关理论,通过对城市消落带的构成及景观特点进行总结,对其特性和功
能进行归纳,在对消落带景观存在的的问题解析和城市消落带规划设计的主要影响
因素进行归纳总结的基础上,从宏观到微观的角度探索了河(江)城市段消落带景
观规划设计的要点。
论文最后对课题研究进行了回顾,笔者根据自己对于滨水城市发展模式和规划
设计模式的一些思考和展望,提出了自己的见解:一种负反馈调节的设计和城市发
展模式,以期望能引导滨河(江)城市与河流健康和谐发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of our cities, the urban environment of urban residents
are making higher demands; as the project advances in technology, people's ability to
control the water are growing. In this social context, many waterfront cities
water-level-fluctuating-zone of the city had different levels of design and a
certain extent to meet the city's waterfront landscape leisure and urban flood control needs,
however, it conflicts with ecosystems of urban water-level-fluctuating-zone, the natural
ecological process was blocked, system functions is degradaed. How to make a profound
understanding to urban water-level-fluctuating-zone, making a reasonable balance of
urban safety, urban public demand and urban ecological relationship between these three
to achieve a real sense of the harmony between human and water, is the focal point of
planning and design about urban water-level-fluctuating-zone .
In this paper, the research object is river (Jiang) water-level-fluctuating-zone of urban.
